Falcon Club
The Falcon Club recognizes the storied tradition of athletic, academic, and alumni success at the University of Montevallo. Athletics have played an important role in both the history of UM and in the experiences of the alumni who have worn the colors of Montevallo in athletic competition.
The Falcon Club reunites the teammates of past teams with each other so that they may share their memories, while supporting the accomplishments of current Montevallo student-athletes.
Driven by the personal experiences of its members, the Falcon Club supports the idea that athletics plays an integral role in the educational mission of the University. Furthermore, we understand that athletics provides a natural venue that brings the entire campus community together. The Falcon Club promotes the success, values, and community of University of Montevallo athletics.
We invite you join the Falcon Club so that together we may strengthen the tradition of Montevallo athletics. You may make an immediate impact on the lives of our student-athletes with a gift to the University Annual Fund. Please note that the Falcon Club's fiscal year runs from October 1 to September 30.
Mission
The Falcon Club is an organization of alumni, parents, and friends who seek to preserve the tradition of academic and athletic excellence, foster the ideals, and advance the interests of UM athletics.
We accomplish this by:
- Advocating within the University community for the positive role that athletics plays in the educational experience and campus life.
- Maximizing philanthropic support for Montevallo athletics in order to assist in sustaining competitive varsity athletic programs.
- Providing an avenue for athletic alumni to remain connected with the University as well as their teammates and friends.
- Promoting the athletic and academic achievements of Montevallo student-athletes and their teams to our alumni, parents, and friends.
