MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Montevallo volleyball team (2-2) split once again on the final day of the Christian Brothers University Invitational. The previous record for digs in a three-game match at UM was 26, held by UM Athletic Hall of Famer Gabi Raposo (2000-03).

UM fell to OBU in straight sets (28-26, 25-16, 25-18). Freshman Brianna Guzinski (Jacksonville, Fla./Bishop Kenny) chipped in 10 kills and six digs and made just one error. She finished with a .474 hitting percentage. Wotitzky led the team in digs with 13 while junior Betsy Stevenson (DeFuniak Springs, Fla./Walton) led in assists with 36.
