MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The University of Montevallo women's lacrosse team was defeated in their Gulf South Conference opener by Young Harris, 22-11.
Nicole Pahnke led the Falcons in offensive production with seven goals and one assist.
Jami Hudak added three additional goals in the double-digit defeat and
Arianna Endelmann also scored one goal.

GAME NOTES
- Each team came out in today's game and played a very attack heavy offense. Young Harris held a slight 38-30 lead in shots taken in the game.
- Montevallo was successful on 13-of-18 clears.
- Both teams fought to gain possession and were active on the defensive side of the ball. Young Harris held a 19-18 advantage in groundballs.
- Nicole Pahnke scored seven goals for the Falcons including the first four for Montevallo in the game.
