MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The University of Montevallo Athletic Department held its eighth annual end-of-the-year awards ceremony, "The Freddies", Monday, April 21.
 
This year the athletic department handed out 29 awards that honored both academic and athletic success.

For winning the 100-fly championship in Conference Carolinas and becoming the first women's swimmer to qualify for NCAA's.
