Before Montevallo
Prior to Montevallo, Low competed at Trine University where she was a First-Team selection at the Division III Nationals. In 2024, she was named to the First-Team All-Tournament team in the Division III National Tournament.

High School
Low graduated from Blyth Academy where she was an honor student. She competed in acrobatics and tumbling for three years and in gymnastics for 16.
