2016... Was named a Bronze Scholar on the Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll… competed in five events for the Falcons during his freshman season… posted a season-best 42nd-place finish in the Jacksonville State Foothills Cross Country Invitational with his time of 27:51.3 in the 8K event, marking his best 8K time of the season.

High School... Graduated from Hoover High School in Hoover, Alabama, in the spring of 2016... posted a career-best 5K time of 16:37.93 during his senior season in the Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 7A State Championship, which placed him 25th overall in individual standings.

Personal... Is a Graphic Design major at Montevallo... is the son of Malcolm and Joann Franklin... has three brothers, Matthew, Blake and Drew.
