Graduated from Cottage Hill Christian Academy in Mobile, Alabama, in the spring of 2016... posted a career-best 5K time of 17:33.19 during his senior season in the Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 3A State Championship, which placed him 18th overall in individual standings.
