2015... Competed in all six events for the Falcons during his sophomore season... posted a career-best 10th-place finish in the Falcon Classic with a time of 28:24.3 in the 8K event... posted a season-best 8K time of 28:05.3, which placed him 65th overall in individual standings in the Furman Classic.

2014... Competed in four events for the Falcons as a redshirt freshman... posted a season-best 30th-place finish in the Earl Jacoby Memorial at UAH with a time of 27:41 in the 8K event... posted a career-best time of 26:36.5 in the Peach Belt Conference Championship, which placed him 35th overall in individual standings... posted a career-best 10K time of 35:21.8, which placed him 74th overall in individual standings at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Championship.

2013... Redshirted after competing in one event during his freshman season with the Falcons... posted a 37th-place finish in the Falcon Classic 8K with a time of 32:16.14.

High School... Graduated from Spain Park High School in Hoover, Ala. in the spring of 2013... recorded a personal 5K best time of 16:25... placed seventh overall in individual standings at the Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 6A State Championship meet... won the Hoover Invitational cross country individual title... earned his team's Most Valuable Runner Award in 2012... also earned the team's Prefontaine Award in 2010.

Personal... Is the son of Lee and Anniece Strong... has two brothers, Jaylen and Jared... is a mass communication major at Montevallo.
