2024-25 (SENIOR): Competed in seven meets... Posted three personal bests at the Conference Carolinas Championships with a top mark of fifth in the 100-yard breast with a time of 57.54... Posted two personal bests at the Delta State Christmas Invitational with a time of 58.33 in the 100-yard breast and a time of 2:11.15 in the 200-yard breast while adding three podium finishes... Tallied a pair of wins against Millsaps in the 50-yard free and the 50-yard breast

2023-24 (JUNIOR): Jake competed in seven meets during his junior campaign as a Falcon. His top finish came against Birmingham-Southern where he swam a second-place time of 1:01.87 in the 100-yard breaststroke. At the NSISC Championships, Swan set two personal best's in two finals with times of 58.36 and 2:13.13 in the 100-yard breast and the 200-yard breast. In the tri-meet against BSC and Berry, Swan posted a third place time of 1:02.73 in the 100-yard breast.
