Biography
2024-25 (GRADUATE): Competed in nine meets... Posted two podium finishes against Delta State in the 100-yard breast (third) and the 200-yard breast (second)... Added a pair of fifth-place marks at the Delta State Christmas Invitational in the 100-yard breat (59.10) and the 200-yard breast (2:15.57)
2023-24 (SENIOR): Mason competed in nine meets during his senior campaign as a Falcon. Wood finished in second place twice against Millsaps with times of 28.96 and 1:04.62 in the 50 and 100-yard breaststroke. At the NSISC Championships, Wood set multiple PR's including 22.41 in the 50-yard free, 26.21 in the 50-yard breast, 57.22 in the 100-yard breast, 2:10.70 in the 200-yard breast, 54.34 in the 100-yard fly and 2:01.39 in the 200-yard IM.
2022-23 (JUNIOR): At the New South Conference Championships, Mason set a personal record in the 100 Y Breast with a time of 58.57. Against Millsaps, he placed in second twice in the 50 and 100 Y Breast with times of 28.48 and 1:05.90.Â
2021-22 (SOPHOMORE): Set personal best in the 100 Free 50.09, 200 Breast 2:14.85 and 200 IM 2:02.88
2020-21 (FRESHMAN): Experienced multiple personal best times during the CSCAA Virtual Cup including a PR in the 200 free (2:01.87) during round one, and in the 200 breast (2:34.25) in the third round … Finished third in the 50 breast with a time of 29.29 against Ouachita Baptist … Set new career high marks across multiple events during the NSISC Championships including the 50 free (23.33), 100 free (50.97), 50 breast (27.15), 100 breast (59.21), and the 200 IM (2:06.76)
