Biography

2025 (SENIOR): Crowson had a monster year for the Falcons where he started in all 54 games for the purple and gold. Crowson earned Second-Team All-Conference after hitting .368 in 220 at bats with 81 hits, 51 runs scored, 13 doubles, 16 homers, 62 RBI, 142 total bases, a .645 slugging percentage, a .451 on base percentage and a 1.096 OPS. He was third in the GSC in hits, second in home runs, 13th in runs scored, fifth in OPS, second in total bases and tied for 14th in on base percentage before the postseason. The Okotoks, Canada native had 23 multi-hit games, 16 multi-RBI games, at one point a 19-game hitting streak and a reached base streak of 28 consecutive games. Crowson earned two GSC Player of the Week awards including on Feb. 25 for the week where he had four homers in four games, one being a walk-off against Mississippi College on Feb. 22. His other weekly award came when he had 12 total RBI in the series against Christian Brothers. Crowson had an enormous February where he had eight home runs, 13 RBI, 28 hits and 14 runs scored. Twice this season, Crowson had back-to-back home runs including a two-homer day against Tuskegee. Mar. 1 through Mar. 21, he had an RBI in 11 out of 12 games played with 20 RBI during that stretch. Additionally, he led the team with six stolen bases during the regular season.

2024 (JUNIOR): In his first year as a Falcon, Crowson led the team with a .338 batting average with a team-high 66 hits in 195 at bats. He had 16 extra base hits including seven doubles, a triple and eight home runs. Crowson drove in 41 RBI and had the most total bases on the team with 99. In his junior campaign, he had an OPS of .966, a slugging percentage of .508 and an on base percentage of .458. Crowson swiped seven bags out of 10 attempts. He had 18 multi hit games and he recorded the longest hitting streak of any Falcon this season with 16 consecutive games. Crowson led the Falcons with 13 multi-RBI games and led UM with the longest reached base streak at 29 games. Against Spring Hill on Feb. 6, Crowson notched a season-high of four RBI while going 3-for-6. At the GSC tournament, he notched six hits including two multi-hit games. On Feb. 21, he was named NCBWA South Region Player of the week where he went 8-for-19 with four extra base hits including a double, triple and two homers. He drove in eight runs during the week.
