2023-24 (SENIOR)
Indoor: Competed in two meets during the 2023-24 indoor season. Zow had a top time of 24.11 in the 200-meter.
Outdoor: Competed in four meets during the 2023-24 outdoor season. He helped the 4x100 relay team to a sixth place finish with a time of 43.93 at the UWG Legends Invite. 

2022-23 (JUNIOR)
Indoor - competed in three events during the 2022-23 indoor season... At the Emory Crossplex Showdown 2023, Avry ran the 60 with a time of 7.49 seconds.
Outdoor- competed in two events during the outdoor season of 2022-23... placed in 18th both times he competed in the 400 and his best time came at the KSU Invitational. 

2021-22 (SOPHOMORE)
Indoor - Had personal best marks in the 60 taking 12th place with a time of 7.40 and in the 200 with a time of 23.56 to place 17th at the GSC Indoor Championships..
Outdoor - Had a career best in the 400 with a time of 52.22 to take 7th place at the Victor Ice Breaker Duals.. Had a PR in the 200 to place 15th with a time of 22.89 at the Falcon Classic & Multi Invite...

2020-21 (FRESHMAN)
Indoor – Completed the fastest 60 of the season at the UAB Vulcan Invitational with a 7.45m time … Named to the 2020-21 Winter Academic Honor Roll.
Outdoor – Ran a career high time of 23.00 in the 200 at UAB Spring Invite … PR time of 11.19 in the 100 to take 10^th at the GSC Outdoor Championships … Named to the 2021 Spring Academic Honor Roll.
