2022-23 (GRADUATE)
Indoor- competed in seven events during the 2022-23 indoor season... Myrick had three top-5 finishes all of which were in the Weight Throw. Gaines set a personal record at the BSC Indoor Icebreaker 2022 in Weight Throw where he tossed 15.77 meters. 

Outdoor- Myrick had a successful 2022-23 outdoor season where he set a PR in Hammer Throw at the Emory Thrills in the Hills 2023 where he threw a distance of 47.67 meters. At the 2023 Gulf South Conference Championship he set another personal record in Discus Throw where he placed fourth with a launch of 43.12 meters. 

2021-22 (SENIOR)
Indoor -  Had a personal best in the weight throw with a 6th place performance with a throw of 15.58m at the Buccaneer Indoor & Track and Field Invitational.. Closed out the season with a PR in the shout put with a throw of 14.12m to take 6th...

Outdoor - Had a first place performance in the the discus throw at the Falcon Classic & Multi Invite with a mark of 43.07m... Hit a PR hammer throw of 47.63m to take 6th at the Emory Thrills in the Hills Open... Closed out the season with a 6th place finish in the GSC Outdoor Championships in the shout put with a mark of 14.36m...

2020-21 (JUNIOR)
Indoor – Finished third in the weight throw with a personal best mark of 15.20m, along with a PR 13.83m mark in the shot put to place sixth at the GSC Indoor Championships … USTFCCCA All-South Region Honoree … Montevallo Athlete of the Week.

Outdoor – Notched multiple career high marks during the Falcon Classic including a PR 42.82m mark in the discus to take bronze, and a 42.01m distance in the hammer.

2019-20 SOPHOMORE
Indoor- Competed in four indoor meets during the season … Set a Montevallo record in the weight throw at Samford Indoor Clash throwing for a 13.46m distance … Notched a Montevallo record in shot put after throwing a 13.32m distance at GSC Indoor Championships.

Outdoor- Participated in the Victor Icebreaker duals where he set a Montevallo record in the javelin throw (53.68) and set a new personal record in the hammer throw (37.26).

2018-19 FRESHMAN
Indoor- Participated in four meets during the indoor season … Threw his best shot put of the year at UAB Vulcan Invitational where he threw for 11.71m.

Outdoor- Took part in six meets during the 2019 outdoor season … Set a PR in the discus after throwing it 40.75m at Falcon Finale.
