2024-25 (GRADUATE STUDENT)
Indoor: Competed in four meets during the indoor season. Opened the season at the Birmingham Indoor Icebreaker, where he placed fifth in the DMR with a time of 10:51.98 and 15th in the 300m with a time of 36.49. Posted a pair of indoor season bests at the GSC Championships, as he placed sixth in the DMR with a SB of 10:40.66 and 23rd in the 400m with a SB of 51.81.
Outdoor: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season. Opened the outdoor campaign at the UWA Invitational where he posted an outdoor season best in the 200m with a time of 23.12 and contributed to a third place finish in the 4x100m Relay with a time of 42.76. Contributed to a third place finish in the 4x400m Relays with a time of 3:26.08 at the Berry Field Day Invite. Closed the year with an outdoor season best time of 51.14 in the 400m at the GSC Championships.

2023-24 (SENIOR)
Indoor: Competed in six meets during the 2023-24 indoor season. In the 4x200 relay, Cook helped the Falcons to a third place finish at the Emory Crossplex Showdown with a time of 1:31.18. 
Outdoor: Did not compete during the 2023-24 outdoor season.

2022-23 (JUNIOR)
Indoor- Placed top-5 in eight events during the 2022-23 indoor season. At the BSC Indoor Icebreaker 2022, he set a personal best in the 60-meter with a time of 7.22 and also set a PR in the 200-meter with a mark of 22.53. Cook took the gold in the 4x200 at the 2023 KMS Invitational with a time of 1:32.89. This would be one of his three top-3 finishes.
Outdoor- At the 2023 Falcon Classic and Multi Cook took second place in the 4x100, third in the 4x400, and he set a personal best time of 11.32 in the 100-meter. Cook would set another PR at the KSU Invitational in the 400-meter with a mark of 49.38. 

2021-22 (SOPHOMORE)
Indoor – Completed season high marks at the GSC Indoor Championships including a time of 51.26 in the 400 to place 16th … Recorded the highest finish of the indoor slate at the Buccaneer Indoor Track and Field Invitational in the 4x400, placing fourth with a time of 3:21.82
Outdoor – Set a PR in the 200 at the Falcon Classic & Multi Invite placing 13th with a time of 22.60...  Set a personal best in the 400 at the GSC Outdoor Championships placing 13th with a time of 50.05.

2020-21 (FRESHMAN)
Indoor – Completed season high marks at the GSC Indoor Championships including a time of 51.37 in the 400 to place fifth … Recorded the highest finish of the indoor slate at the GSC Championships with a fourth place finish in the 4x400, clocking in at 3:32.84
Outdoor – Notched a personal best time of 2:08.35 in the 800 at UAB Spring Invitational to finish 23^rd … Recorded multiple career high times at the GSC Outdoor Championships including a PR in the 200 (22.79, 21^st) and the 400 (50.45, 10^th).
