2024-25 (SOPHOMORE):
Indoor: Competed in four meets during the indoor season. Opened the year at the Birmingham Indoor Icebreaker where he placed 25th in the 200m with a 22.74. At the GSC Championships, he placed 19th in both the the 60m and 200m with times of, 7.23 and 22.80, respectively. He also competed in the 4x100m Relays throughout the indoor season, with the best time and finish coming at the Birmingham Indoor Icebreaker (seventh - 3:26.13).
Outdoor: Competed in five meets during the outdoor season. Opened the outdoor campaign at the UWA Invitational with a fourth place finish in the 200m with a time of 22.19 and a seventh place finish in the 11.18, while contributing to a third place finish in the 4x100m Relays with a time of 42.76. Contributed to a second place finish in the 4x100m Relays with a time of 42.42 at the Berry Field Day Invite. Benson set a pair of personal records at the GSC Championships, as he placed eighth in the 100m with a PR of 10.96 and 13th in the 200m with a PR of 21.80. 

2023-24 (FRESHMAN):
Outdoor: Competed in six meet during the 2023-24 outdoor season. He set a personal best in the long jump with a distance of 6.48 meters. At the same meet, he set a PR in the 400-meter with a time of 50.18. At the GSC Outdoor Championships, Benson set PR's in the 100 and 200-meter with times of 11.00 and 22.09. He also competed in the 4x100 relays that won second place twice with times of 41.72 and 42.40.
Indoor: Competed in six meets during the 2023-24 indoor season. Benson set a personal record and had his top finish of the season in the 300-meter with a time of 36.05 at the Emory Crossplex Showdown. He was a part of the 4x200 relays teams that won first with a time of 1:31.97 and third with a combined time of 1:31.18.
