Biography

2023-24 (FRESHMAN):
Outdoor: Competed in six meets during the 2023-24 outdoor season. Benson set a personal record in the 100-meter with a time of 11.50. At the GSC Outdoor Championships, he set a personal best in the 200-meter with a time of 23.33.
Indoor: Competed in one meet during the 2023-24 indoor season. Benson set a PR at the BSC Panther Icebreaker with a time of 53.32 in the 400-meter.
