2022-23 (SENIOR)
Indoor- Set a personal best in the Gulf South Indoor Track and Field Championships heptathlon in 60-meter, 60-meter hurdles, and 1000-meter. He placed sixth in that event which was also a personal best. Flores competed in the shot put at the Emory Crossplex Showdown 2023 where he set a new personal best with a distance of 10.11 meters. 
Outdoor- Micah started the outdoor season with a bang as he placed first in the Javelin Throw and set a personal best with a distance of 53.25 meters. At the Victor Ice Break Duels 2023, Flores also set a PR in 400 Hurdles with a time of 1:02.17. He finished the 2022-23 season by setting a personal best at the 2023 Gulf South Conference Championship by finishing fifth in the decathlon ... he set PR's in the 100-meter, 400-meter, and 110 Hurdles. 

2021-22 (JUNIOR)
Indoor – Notches numerous personal bests in the 200 (82nd, 24.66), and the Mile (58th, 5:30.05) at the Buccaneer Indoor Track & Field Invitational... Finished with numerous season highs in the pole vault (4.00m, 8th) and the heptathlon (3938, 10th)...
Outdoor – Set a new personal best in the Javelin to take 4th with a throw of 52.16m at the Victor Ice Breaker Duals... completed an all time personal best in the Discus to take 6th with a throw of 31.80m at the Falcon Classic & Multi Invite... Set a PR in the 400 Hurdles to place 21st with a time of 1:02.39 at the Emory Thrills on the Hills Open.. Finished with a season high in the Decathlon at the GSC Outdoor Championships with a score 5521 to place 6th...

2020-21 (SOPHOMORE)
Indoor – Reset his own heptathlon record at Samford Multi with 3823 points to claim 15^th … Completed an all-time best time in the 600 at KMS Open with a time of 1:30.16 to place 18^th … Notched several career best marks at the GSC Indoor Championships including PR’s in the 60 hurdles (9.93, 9^th) and the pole vault (3.85m, 6^th) … Was selected as a USTFCCCA All-Region honoree in the heptathlon … Named to the 2020-21 GSC Winter Academic Honor Roll.
Outdoor – Recorded his best individual finish of the outdoor slate during the Mississippi College Season Opener where he claimed fifth in the javelin with a 44.59m distance … Notched a personal best performance in the decathlon with 5217 total points, finishing in eighth … Was named to the 2021 GSC Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2019-20 (FRESHMAN)
Indoor- Competed in four indoor track meets during the season … Had his best heptathlon performance at GSC Indoor Championship where he finished in fifth place with 3786 points … Named to GSC Academic Honor Roll.
Outdoor- Took part in three events at Victor Ice Breaker Duals with a fourth place finish in the javelin throw, an 18^th place finish in the long jump, and 19^th place finish in the 800.
