Was named a Bronze Scholar on the Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll… was named to the Peach Belt Conference All-Academic Team… competed in all six events for the Falcons during his junior season… posted a season-best 12th-place finish in the Florida State Invitational with his time of 27:17.2 in the 8K event… posted a season-best 8K time of 25:59.7 in the Peach Belt Conference Championship, which placed him 15th overall in individual standings.

2015... Was named a Bronze Scholar on the Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll... was named the Peach Belt Conference Runner of the Week once... was named United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic selection... competed in all six events for the Falcons during his sophomore season... posted a career-best fourth-place finish in the Falcon Classic with a time of 28:05.2 in the 8K event... posted a career-best 8K time of 26:35.3, which placed him 210th overall in individual standings at the Chile Pepper Festival... posted a career-best 10K time of 35:25.1, which placed him 45th overall in individual standings at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Championship.

2014... Was named a Bronze Scholar on the Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll... competed in all six events for the Falcons during his freshman season... posted a season-best 30th-place finish in the GRU Invitational with a time of 27:49.8 in the 8K event... posted a season-best time of 26:50.5 in the Peach Belt Conference Championship, which placed him 42nd overall in individual standings.

High School... Graduated from Thompson High School in Alabaster, Ala. in the spring of 2014... was a five-time Shelby County champion in cross country... was named All-State in both cross country and indoor track and field... graduated with a 3.65 grade-point average.

Personal... Is a kinesiology major at Montevallo... is the son of J.D. and Patty Johnson... has three brothers, Matthew, T.C. and Mark, and three sisters, Ashley, Mandy and Elizabeth.
