2024-25 (JUNIOR)
Indoor: Competed in six meets during the indoor season. He set a personal record in the Weight Throw with a distance of 14.30m at the UAB Green and Gold Invite. At the GSC Championships, he placed fourth in the Shot Put with a distance of 14.36m and 11th in the Weight Throw with a distance of 13.97m.
Outdoor: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season. Bennett opened the season at the UWA Invitational where he earned a sixth place finish in the Discus Throw with a distance of 34.31m. Bennet set a personal record and new school record in the Shot Put with a distance of 14.80m at the Troy Doc Anderson Invitational & Multi where he placed fourth. He set a personal record of 41.94m in the Hammer Throw at the Berry Field Day Invite. He also captured a pair of top-ten finishes in the Discus Throw (fifth - 43.73m) and Shot Put (eighth - 13.55m). At the GSC Championships, he placed seventh in the Shot Put (13.32m), 11th in Hammer Throw (40.81m), and 12th in Javelin Throw (37.57m)

2023-24 (SOPHOMORE)
Outdoor: Competed in six meets during the 2023-24 outdoor season. Bennett notched four personal record's during the outdoor season. At the Falcon Classic, he set personal best's in the shot put and javelin throw with distances of 13.16 meters and 42.50 meters. Bennett throw a personal best distance in the hammer with a throw of 39.75 meters. His final PR came at the GSC Championships where he notched a personal record of 45.61 meters in the discus. His top finish came at the Emory Thrills in the Hills where he won third place in the discus with a distance of 41.23 meters. 
Indoor: Competed in five meets during the 2023-24 indoor season. Bennett set a personal record in the weight throw at the Samford Open with a throw of 13.91 meters. His top finish came at the Emory Crossplex Showdown in the shot put with a fifth place throw of 13.13 meters.

2022-23 (FRESHMAN)
Indoor- competed in eight events during the 2022-23 indoor season ... Placed in the top-10 three times one of which were at the Gulf South Indoor Track and Field Championship where he set PR's in shot put with a distance of 13.03 meters and in weight throw with a distance of 12.46 meters. Bennett also place fifth in shot put at the 2023 KMS Invitational with a distance of 12.98 meters. 
Outdoor- competed in 11 events during the 2022-23 outdoor season ... Had a top-10 placement in the Discus Throw at the 2023 Gulf South Conference Championship with a distance of 39.23 meters. He also set a PR in the Hammer Throw at the 2023 Falcon Classic and Multi with a distance of 34.96 meters.
