2025-26 (SENIOR)
Indoor: Competed in three meets during the indoor season. Recorded a distance of 14.13m in the Weight Throw at the Samford Invitational. Recorded a distance of 12.20m in the Shot Put at the UAB Green and Gold Invitational.
Outdoor: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season. Placed sixth in the Discus Throw (41.61m) and ninth in the Hammer Throw (41.53m) at the Victor Ice Breaker Duals. Set a personal record of 46.91m in the Hammer Throw and recorded an outdoor season best of 13.55m in the Shot Put at the Falcon Classic & Multi. Earned a pair of fourth place finishes in the Discus Throw (41.81m) and Hammer Throw (42.54m) at the Doc Anderson Invitational & Multi. At the GSC Championships, he placed seventh in the Discus Throw with a distance of 44.31m and 15th in the Hammer Throw with a distance of 44.02m.

2024-25 (JUNIOR)
Indoor: Competed in six meets during the indoor season. He set a personal record in the Weight Throw with a distance of 14.30m at the UAB Green and Gold Invite. At the GSC Championships, he placed fourth in the Shot Put with a distance of 14.36m and 11th in the Weight Throw with a distance of 13.97m.
Outdoor: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season. Bennett opened the season at the UWA Invitational where he earned a sixth place finish in the Discus Throw with a distance of 34.31m. Bennet set a personal record and new school record in the Shot Put with a distance of 14.80m at the Troy Doc Anderson Invitational & Multi where he placed fourth. He set a personal record of 41.94m in the Hammer Throw at the Berry Field Day Invite. He also captured a pair of top-ten finishes in the Discus Throw (fifth - 43.73m) and Shot Put (eighth - 13.55m). At the GSC Championships, he placed seventh in the Shot Put (13.32m), 11th in Hammer Throw (40.81m), and 12th in Javelin Throw (37.57m)

2023-24 (SOPHOMORE)
Outdoor: Competed in six meets during the 2023-24 outdoor season. Bennett notched four personal record's during the outdoor season. At the Falcon Classic, he set personal best's in the shot put and javelin throw with distances of 13.16 meters and 42.50 meters. Bennett throw a personal best distance in the hammer with a throw of 39.75 meters. His final PR came at the GSC Championships where he notched a personal record of 45.61 meters in the discus. His top finish came at the Emory Thrills in the Hills where he won third place in the discus with a distance of 41.23 meters. 
Indoor: Competed in five meets during the 2023-24 indoor season. Bennett set a personal record in the weight throw at the Samford Open with a throw of 13.91 meters. His top finish came at the Emory Crossplex Showdown in the shot put with a fifth place throw of 13.13 meters.

2022-23 (FRESHMAN)
Indoor- competed in eight events during the 2022-23 indoor season ... Placed in the top-10 three times one of which were at the Gulf South Indoor Track and Field Championship where he set PR's in shot put with a distance of 13.03 meters and in weight throw with a distance of 12.46 meters. Bennett also place fifth in shot put at the 2023 KMS Invitational with a distance of 12.98 meters. 
Outdoor- competed in 11 events during the 2022-23 outdoor season ... Had a top-10 placement in the Discus Throw at the 2023 Gulf South Conference Championship with a distance of 39.23 meters. He also set a PR in the Hammer Throw at the 2023 Falcon Classic and Multi with a distance of 34.96 meters.
