2024-25 (SOPHOMORE)
Indoor: Competed in five meets during the indoor season. Placed 11th in the 200m with a time of 22.04 at the UAB Vulcan Invitational. Contributed to a fourth place finish in the 4x400m Relay (3:20.68) at the UAB Green and Gold Invite. Closed the indoor season with three podium finishes at the GSC Championships leading him to being named Most Outstanding Track Athlete. He emerged as the 60m champion, as he clocked in at 6.88 in the 60m Finals which is the second fastest time in school history. He placed second in the 200m with a time of 21.73 (second fastest time in school history), and contributed to a third place finish in the 4x400m Relay with a time of 3:17.34 (fastest 4x400m Relay time in school history).
Outdoor: Competed in four meets during the outdoor season. Opened the outdoor campaign at the UWA Invitational, where he placed second in the 400m with a personal record of 50.05 and contributed to a pair of top-three finishes in the 4x100m Relay (2nd - 41.53m) and 4x400m Relay (3:28.26).

2023-24 (FRESHMAN)
Indoor: Competed in six meets during the 2023-24 indoor season. Womack finished third in the heptathlon at the GSC Indoor Championships with 4306 total points. He placed first in both the 60-meter with a time of 7.07 and in the long jump with a distance of 6.30 meters. He set three PR's inside the hep including a distance of 8.89 meters in the shot put, a time of 9.21 in the 60-meter hurdles and in the 1000-meter with a time of 2:53.51.
Outdoor: Competed in seven meets during the 2023-24 outdoor season. At the Victor Ice Breaker Duals, Womack set a personal best in the 400-meter with a time of 50.06 and helped the 4x400 relay team to a first place finish with a time of 3:22.91. During the outdoor season, he set a PR in the 200-meter with a time of 22.05 and in the 100-meter with a time of 10.69. At the GSC Outdoor Championships, he set a personal record in the decathlon with a fifth place finish of 5552 points. Womack set five PR's inside the dec including in the long jump with a distance of 6.50 meters, in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 17.17, in the discus with a throw of 22.46 meters, in the javelin throw with a distance of 34.09 meters and in the 1500-meter with a time of 4:55.37.
