Biography
2010... Appeared in all six of the Falcons'races... had a season best 20:41.7 5K time at the Gulf CoastStampede... highest finish was 21st at the Mercer Runfit SportsInvitational... had a season best 25:48.5 6K time at the NCAASoutheast Region Championship.
2009... Finished 19th at the Tiger TwilightInvitational… finished 47th at the Fleet Feet Sports/EarlJacoby Cross Country Invitational.
2008... Adkins participated in four of theteams five races this season and placed her highest at theAugusta State Jaguar Invitational with 37th (30:12.90)in the team's only 6k competition... Adkins efforts this seasonhelped her team to its first ever victory in the school's history,as well as its highest placing in the Gulf South ConferenceChampionship (7th).
High School... Competed for coaches Brian Smithand Scott Wade at Heritage High School... twice named Runner of theYear in 2006 and 2007... named Most Valuable Runner in 2007 andSuper Patriot two years in a row.
Personal... Has a brother, Kevin, and a sister,Mackenzie... a psychology major at UM, she is the daughter ofCarrie and Charles Adkins.
