Sullivan is entering her second year at Montevallo after spending two seasons as the Assistant Men's and Women's Golf Coach at Milligan College. While at Milligan, Sullivan coached two All-Conference players in 2019. In 2018, Sullivan coached the AAC Co-Player of the year and first team All-Conference player.

In 2018 Milligan won the AAC Regular Season Championship while also earning a final ranking of #21 in the NAIA Women's golf Coaches Poll.
Prior to coaching at Milligan, Sullivan played for the Buffaloes from 2013-17. During her playing career, Sullivan was named the AAC Player of the Year in 2014, while also earning AAC First Team All-Conference honors in 2014 and 2016.

Sullivan was also part of three NAIA AAC Regional Championship teams from 2015-17.
Sullivan received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Milligan College in 2017 and her Masters of Science in Sport Management from East Tennessee State University in 2019.
