2024-25 (SENIOR): Appeared in eight meets... Tallied three personal bests at the Conference Carolinas Championships while taking the conference title in the 200-yard fly with a time of 2:03.49 with a third-place finish in the 400-yard IM with a time of 4:28.92... Tallied a pair podium marks against Sewanee in the 200-yard fly (2:15.07) and the 200-yard breast (2:46.37)... Set 10 season bests at the Delta State Christmas Invitational while posting a fifth-place finish in the 200-yard fly and a sixth-place mark in the 400-yard IM

2023-24 (JUNIOR): Beth competed in 10 meets during her junior campaign as a Falcon. Balent started the year off strong with two second place finishes against Millsaps where she swam times of 1:05.28 and 2:12.09 in the 100-yard fly and the 200-yard free. At the NSISC Championships, Balent set two personal record's in timed finals in the 50-yard fly with a time of 27.83 and in the 100-yard fly as she swam a time of 58.93. At the tri-meet against Birmingham-Southern and Berry, Beth won the 200-yard fly with a time of 2:15.03.

2022-23 (SOPHOMORE): Beth had an impressive second year as a Falcon as she set the record in the 200 Fly with a time of 2:05.34 and in the 400 IM coming in with a mark of 4:35.96. She had the third most points for Montevallo with 610.05.

2021-22 (FRESHMAN): At the New South Champs she battled a swim off in the 100 Fly and set personal best in the 200 Fly and IM, 2:07.05 & 2:13.21.

HIGH SCHOOL: Swam for Coast aquatics in Fort Walton Beach and was a two time medalist for her division of Florida swimming while also being a part of the National Honor Society at school ... She will be pursuing a degree in exercise and nutrition science
