2024-25 (SENIOR): Competed in two meets... Posted a second-place finish in the 1,500-yard free relay at the Sewanee Relay Meet with a 375-yard split time of 4:29.16... Added a third-place finish in the 1,000-yard free with a time of 11:07.58 against West Florida

2023-24 (JUNIOR): Emily competed in eight meets during her junior campaign as a Falcon. Sauer posted eight podium finishes while she won first in two events. In the tri-meet against Birmingham-Southern and Berry, she won the 1000-yard free with a time of 11:33.99. Sauer's second victory of the season came against Millsaps where she won the 1000 free with a time of 11:35.35.  

2022-23 (SOPHOMORE): Emily started her Sophomore campaign with a bang as she won two events against Millsaps. She took gold in the 500 Y Free and in the 1000 Y Free with times of 5:40.40 and 11:35.33. On the year, Sauer had 7 top three finishes including winning the 1000 Y Free against Birmingham Southern and Millsaps with a time of 11:17.43.

2021-22 (FRESHMAN): Is a true competitor as nothing will stop her from achieving her goals. Keep an eye on her Sophomore year.

HIGH SCHOOL: Emily attended school at the Logos Prep Academy and swam for First Colony Swim Club ... She was a member of the National Honor Society and received Academic All-State honors ... She was also the state champion for her division of Texas in the 500 freestyle ... Plans to pursue a degree in exercise and nutrition science at Montevallo.
