Biography
2022-23 (SENIOR)
Indoor- Courtney competed in eight events during the 2022-23 indoor season and she placed in the top-10 five times. At the Emory Crossplex Showdown, she notched her best finish for the season where she ran in the 800 and came in with a time of 2:26.52 which is a personal record time. She was able to set new PR's in the mile with a time of 5:20.02 and in the 3000 with a time of 10:39.46.
Outdoor- Keeler set new personal high's in the 1500, the 5000, and the 10,000 with her best finish being at the 2023 Gulf South Conference Championship where she ran the 10,000 with a mark of 38:35.77.
2021-22 (JUNIOR)
Indoor - Recorded her best finish of the season with a 3rd-place time of 13:19.03 in the Distance Medley Relay at the Buccaneer Invitational ... Set two career bests at the GSC Indoor Championships in the Mile and the 3,000m with times of 5:23.23 and 10:58.89, respectively
Outdoor - Notched her top finish of the season and a new PR with a 5th-place 5,000m time of 18:57.60 at the Falcon Classic ... Set a new personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:32.97 at the Emory Thrills in the Hills Open ... Recorded a new career best in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the Georgia Tech Invitational with a 7th-place time of 12:16.05 ... Set a PR in the 1,500m with a time of 5:03.30 at the GSC Outdoor Championships
2020-21 (SOPHOMORE)
Indoor - Notched her highest finish of the season with a 6th-place time of 4:23.80 in the 4x400m at the GSC Indoor Championships
Outdoor - Set a new career best in the 3,000m Steeplechase with a time of 12:35.27 at the GSC Outdoor Championships ... Recorded her top finish of the season with a 6th-place finish in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the Falcon Classic with a time of 13:26.50
2019-20 (FRESHMAN)
Competed in four indoor meets during the season ... Set a new personal record in the mile after finishing it in 5:32.22 at GSC Indoor Championships ... Named to GSC Academic Honor Roll.
PRIOR TO MONTEVALLO
Competed at Eastern Alamance High School under coach Richard Kohrman ... Five time individual state qualifier ... Recepient of the MAPS scholarship
