Biography
2024-25 (SOPHOMORE)
Indoor: Competed in four meets during the indoor season. Opened the year at the Birmingham Indoor Icebreaker where she ran a 45.75 in the 300m and recorded a 1.40m in the High Jump. Set a personal record of 1:51.24 in the 600m at the UAB Green and Gold Invite. At the GSC Championships, she placed 11th in the 400m with a personal record of 1:03.72, while also competing in the 4x400m Relay (4:22.48) and DMR (13:51.62).
Outdoor: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season. Opened the outdoor campaign at the UWA Invitational where she placed sixth in the 400m with a time of 1:04.48 and 17th in the 200m with a time of 28.49. Placed eighth in the 400m Hurdles with a time of 1:13.56 and contributed to a second place finish in the 4x400m Relay (4:27.55) at the Falcon Classic & Multi. Set a personal record of 27.63 in the 200m at the Berry Field Day Invite.
2023-24 (FRESHMAN)
Indoor: Competed in six meets during the 2023-24 indoor season. At the GSC Indoor Championships, she set a PR in the pentathlon with 2314 points and she set a personal best time of 2:48.82 in the 800-meter. At the Samford Invite, she set a personal record in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 10.79.Â
Outdoor: Competed in one meet during the 2023-24 outdoor season. At the GSC Outdoor Championships, Dellezay set a personal record in the heptathlon with 3057 points. Inside the hep, she set four PR's in the shot put with a throw of 8.23 meters, in the 200-meter with a time of 29.38, in the long jump with a distance of 4.29 meters and in the javelin with a throw of 26.11.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Two-Time track athlete of the year
Provincial Champion: High Jump three times, 4x400m Relay two times, Pole Vault two times.
First in region in Discus, Heptathlon, and High Jump. Third in Canada for Heptathlon.
