2024-25 (SENIOR)
Indoor: Competed in two meets during the indoor season. Ran a 2:03.33 in the 600m at the UAB Green and Gold Invite. Contributed to a 13:51.62 ran in the DMR at the GSC Championships. 
Outdoor: Competed in five meets during the outdoor season. Opened the outdoor campaign at the UWA Invitational where she placed tenth in the 400m with a time of 1:07.34 and set a personal record of 28:38 in the 200m. Contributed to a second place finish in the 4x400m Relay (4:27.55) at the Falcon Classic & Multi. Ran a 28.53 in the 200m and a 1:06.32 in the 400m at the MSU Bulldog Alumni Relays. Closed the year at the Berry Field Day Invite where he ran a 28.49 in the 200m and 1:07.15 in the 400m.

2023-24 (JUNIOR)
Indoor: Competed in four meets during the 2023-24 indoor season. At the KMS Invitational, SMith set a personal record in the 600-meter with a time of 1:57.38. She helped the 4x400 relay team to a fifth place finish with a time of 4:36.67.
Outdoor: Competed in four meets during the 2023-24 outdoor season. At the Falcon Classic, she set a personal best in the 800-meter with a time of 2:42.54. 

2022-23 (SOPHOMORE)
Indoor- Competed in four events during the 2022-23 indoor season.
Outdoor- Rachel notched her highest finish of the season at the 2023 Falcon Classic and Multi where she ran a time of 4:24.37 in the 4x400. Smith set a personal record time of 2:45.24 at the Falcon Classic as well. At the Samford Alabama Track Challenge 2023, Rachel set her second PR of the season in the 400 where she ran a time of 1:05.08. 

2021-22 (FRESHMAN)
Indoor - Notched her season best with a 20th-place time of 3:02.48 in the 800m at the Emory Crossplex Showdown
Outdoor - Recorded her top finish of the season with a 21st-place time of 1:08.04 at the Falcon Classic ... Set a new PR in the 800m with a time of 2:57.07 at the Emory Thrills in the Hills Open ... Notched a personal best in the 400m with a time of 1:07.61
