2023-24 (SENIOR)
Indoor: Competed in two meets during the 2023-24 indoor season. At the Samford Invite, she set a personal record in the weight throw with a distance of 11.76 meters. At the GSC indoor Championships, she hit her top shot put mark of the season at 9.94 meters.
Outdoor: Competed in three meets during the 2023-24 outdoor season. She set a personal best in the hammer throw with a distance of 35.05 meters at the Falcon Classic. She posted her top finish of the 2023-24 season at the Emory Thrills in the Hill with a fourth place finish in the discus with a throw of 34.85 meters. 

2022-23 (JUNIOR)
Indoor- Everett competed in Shot Put at the Emory Crossplex Showdown 2023 and came in sixth with a distance of 10.59 meters.
Outdoor- Sambresha set a personal record in Discus Throw at the Emory Thrills in the Hills 2023 with a throw of 38.18 meters. Her other other top-10 finish of the season came at the 2023 Falcon Classic and Multi where she threw a distance of 32.94 meters in the Discus Throw. 

2021-2022 (SOPHOMORE)
Indoor- Set season best at the 2022 Gulf South Conference Championship with a discus throw of 35.76m, hammer throw of 33.64m , and a javelin throw of 33.27m ...Placed 3rd for javelin throw in the 2022 Falcon Classic & Multi Invite ... Set a PR for a shot put of 10.62m, and weighted throw of 8.78m at the 2022 Buccaneer Indoor Track and Field Invitational
