2023-24 (SENIOR)
Indoor: Competed in five meets during the 2023-24 indoor season. At the GSC Indoor Championships, Goode set a personal record in the 60-meter with a time of 7.94. Her top finish of the indoor season came in the long jump with a distance of 5.07 meters. 
Outdoor: Competed in six meets during the 2023-24 outdoor season. At the Emory Thrills in the Hills, she set a PR in both the 100-meter with a time of 12.60 and in the 400-meter with a time of 1:11.67. At the same meet, she had her top finish of the season with a second place finish in the long jump with a distance of 4.87 meters. 

2022-23 (JUNIOR) 
Indoor-  Did not compete in the 2022-23 indoor season.
Outdoor- Sydney finished in the top-10 in 11 events during the 2022-23 outdoor season... She placed second at the Victor Ice Breaker Duals 2023 in the 4x100 by running a time of 49.60. At the 2023 Falcon Classic and Multi, Goode set a personal record in the 100 by running a time of 12.61. She also placed fifth in the Long Jump with a distance of 5.07 meters and in sixth place in the 4x100 with a time of 50.20. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed for four years at Arlington Christian School... Salutatorian... Honors Student
