HOW IT HAPPENED
The Falcons scored a goal early in the second half to take a 1-0 lead in the match, but USC Aiken found the back of the net twice in the final 11 minutes of the contest to complete 2-1 come-from-behind victory in the match.
Junior Michaela Longenecker scored her second goal of the season in the 50th minute of the contest on a through ball from freshman Hannah Williamson to give Montevallo an early 1-0 advantage.
The Pacers tied the match at 1-1 in the 79th minute of the match. Hannah Allison fired a free kick wide of the net before Taylor Simmons played it back in front of the net, with Megan Smits providing the finishing touch to tie the match.
USC Aiken scored the game-winning goal in the 87th minute of the contest when Emily May took a feed from Akeyla Furbert and planted a shot past Montevallo goalkeeper Katie Pearson.
STAT OF THE MATCH
Sophomore goalkeeper Ellie Mouyal recorded four saves on four attempts on goal by the Pacers in the opening half.

Longenecker's goal marked her second goal of the season and the eighth goal in her playing career.
