How it Happened

The Falcons surrendered the games first goal of the game early in the first half when a rebounded ball was gathered in the box and a shot by Levin Sandmann got past the goalkeeper.

The Falcons entered halftime trialing the Patriots 1-0.

In the second half the Falcons continued to fight, trying to take advantage of their scoring opportunities. The go ahead goal was scored in the 60th minute on a shot from the top of the box that gave the Patriots a 2-0 lead.

Stat of the Match

The Falcons were out shot 24-11 and only managed five shots on goal.

Goalkeeper Yannic Horn withstood a barrage of shots from the Patriots and recorded 11 saves on the day.
