MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The University of Montevallo men's soccer team recorded a 2-2 draw with the University of Alabama-Huntsville in their second game of conference play. The Falcons used late-game heroics to earn the draw and stay undefeated in the Gulf South Conference.
The Falcons conceded two goals in the first half and fell behind 2-0 to the Chargers. UAH's Jordan Wright scored both goals for the visiting team with the first coming in the 17
th minute and then followed with his second in the 31
st minute of the game.
In the second half, the Falcons placed a ball in the back of the net off the foot of
Lukas Hauer to get it to a 2-1 game.
Vladik Margolin assisted on the Falcon's opening goal.
Margolin earned his second assist of the night when he fed
Liam Moore who beat the goalkeeper to knot the game at 2-2.
