  • The Falcons were outrebounded by an opponent for just the second time this season as Miles College owned a 38-34 advantage on the boards despite Montevallo holding a 12-9 edge in offensive rebounds.
  • The Falcons shot a season-low 33.3 percent from the floor and didn't fare any better with 33.3 percent shooting from beyond the arc, while Miles College shot 46.3 percent from the floor and 41.2 percent from 3-point range.
  • The Miles College bench outscored its counterparts from Montevallo 30-7 in the contest.

Montevallo will return to action Tuesday, Dec. 11 with a trip to Atlanta, Georgia to face Clark Atlanta University in a non-conference contest. The Falcons defeated the Panthers 68-65 in the first meeting between the two teams in the home opener for Montevallo at Trustmark Arena four weeks ago. Tip off is set for 7 p.m. Eastern/6 p.m. Central.
