Game 1
MONTEVALLO HIGHLIGHTS
- All nine starters for the Falcons recorded a hit in the game with five tallying multiple hits. Collin Dupree, Jason Cryar, Caleb Ledbetter, Chad Wagner, and Mark Castellucci all had two hits in the game.
- Sebastian Samuels led the Falcons with three RBI that came off a home run in the sixth inning.
- Cryar and Ledbetter each recorded two RBI in the game with Cryar going 2-of-4 from the plate and Ledbetter went 2-of-5.
 HOW IT HAPPENED
- Montevallo got on the board first in the bottom of the opening frame when Caleb Ledbetter drove in Jason Cryar to give the Falcons a 1-0 lead.
- In the top of the fourth inning, North Alabama took a 2-0 lead on back-to-back home runs.
- In the bottom of the fourth inning, Jared Nixon singled up the middle to bring home Chad Wagner to tie the game at 2-2. Nixon stole second base on the next at-bat and on the throw, Tyler Krabbe came home to give the Falcons a 3-2 lead. Nixon was thrown out at home as he tried to advance on the throw that got away from the catcher.
- The Lions tied the game at 3-3 in the top of the fifth inning.
- Collin Dupree gave the Falcons the lead again on a squeeze bunt to bring home Mark Castellucci who led off the sixth inning with a single into right-center field to give Montevallo a 4-3 lead.
- Montevallo broke open the game with five more runs in the sixth inning. Sabastian Samuels capped off the scoring in the inning with a three-RBI home run to lift Montevallo to a 9-3  lead.
- After giving up a run in the top of the sixth inning, Montevallo got the run back in the bottom of the inning to make it a 10-4 ball game.
- North Alabama scored a run to cut into the Falcons' lead who led 10-5 at the end of the inning.
Game 2
MONTEVALLO HIGHLIGHTS
- Mark Castellucci drove in two runs for the Falcons despite going 0-for-2 from the plate.Â
- Collin Dupree hit the third home run of his career and the first of the season to put the Falcons in a position to win late in the game.Â
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Montevallo gave up a pair of runs in the top of the first inning to get into an early 2-0 hole against North Alabama.
- Mark Castellucci pulled the Falcons to within a run of the lead with a sacrifice fly into left field that scored Chad Wagner. Wagner's run made it a 2-1 game.
- Castellucci grounded out to the shortstop in the fourth inning but it was enough to score Sebastian Samuels from third base to tie the game at 2-2.
- The Lions retook the lead in the top of the fifth inning off a throwing error by Montevallo.
- The Falcons tied the game again at 3-3 in the bottom of the fifth inning off a solo home run from Collin Dupree.
- Jonah Garrison scored in the bottom of the sixth inning to put Montevallo on top 4-3 off a single from Collin Dupree.
