HOW IT HAPPENED
- Montevallo broke the game open in the first inning of the game with five runs. Sebastian Samuels hit a three-RBI home run to give the Falcons a 5-0 lead.
- Chad Wagner made it a 6-0 ball game with an RBI single into centerfield to score Jason Cryar.
- The Warhawks scored two runs in the top of the third inning to cut the Montevallo lead to four and made it a 6-2 game.
- Cryar scored again in the bottom of the fourth inning to give the Falcons a 7-2 lead off a Caleb Ledbetter sacrifice fly.
- AUM scored another run in the fifth inning to pull it to 7-3.
- Montevallo countered with a two-RBI single up the middle to go up 9-3 on the Warhawks.
- In the seventh inning, AUM doubled down the left field line to make it 9-4.
- Jonah Garrison doubled down the right-field line to seal the 11-4 victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Falcons got on the board in the fourth inning when Khari Anderson singled to right field to score Sebastian Samuels and gave Montevallo a 1-0 lead.
- Montevallo sealed the victory with three runs in the fifth inning. Tyler Krabbe singled through the left side to score two runs and gave Montevallo a 3-0 lead.
- Ryan Brooks scored John Michael Reed on a single that got through the left side to seal the 4-0 victory.
