MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The University of Montevallo women's lacrosse team fell to visiting Young Harris College 24-11 in the final match of the regular season April 22.
Freshman Nicole Pahnke led the Falcons (8-8 overall, 4-4 in Gulf South Conference) with three goals and one assist as she finished with four points in the match.
Sophomore Meghan Shea added two goals and one assist and sophomore Janey Johnson contributed one goal and two assists as each finished with three points in the contest.
Junior Jami Hudak scored a pair of goals in the match and is now just one point away from the 200th point of her career.
Junior Nabyl Jimenez also scored two goals, while freshman Arianna Endelmann scored one goal in the match.
Junior Georgi Griffin and sophomore Caleigh Spoon finished with one assist each.
Junior Irfana Ahmed compiled a team-high six saves.
Montevallo will now prepare for the Gulf South Conference Invitational Tournament next weekend at Young Harris, Georgia.

2nd (5:26) | Anna Luckie scored a goal off an assist from Leigh Anne Turner to cap a 9-4 scoring run by Young Harris to open the second half and give the Mountain Lions their first double-digit lead.

- The Mountain Lions held a 30-22 advantage in ground balls in the match.
