Espy Sanchez added an insurance goal to help propel The University of Montevallo women's soccer team to a 3-1 upset of No. 15 Lee in a Gulf South Conference match Friday night at Georgine Lemak Field. The Falcons (8-2-3, 6-1-1) got a goal in the seventh minute of the match from junior
Samara Lino, but Lee (10-3-0, 6-2-0) tied the match with a goal in the 31st minute. It stayed 1-1 until Ward's late tally gave Montevallo the lead for good.
