NEWS AND NOTES
- Montevallo is coming off a 2-1 loss at GSC regular-season champion Mississippi College, a defeat that stopped a 6-0-1 streak for the Falcons.
- UM (10-3-3, 8-2-1 GSC) is currently fourth in the GSC standings with 25 points, but the Falcons are just two points behind third-place Lee (13-3, 9-2) and three behind second-place West Alabama (11-4-1, 9-2-1).
- The Falcons have already clinched a place in the GSC Tournament, which starts Nov. 12 at campus sites.
- Union has lost 10 straight matches, but five of those have been 1-0 defeats, including a streak of four straight 1-0 setbacks (including two 1-0 double overtime losses).

MONTEVALLO
- Romee Contreras leads the Falcons in goals (six), assists (six) and points (18) on 40 shots, including 19 shots on goal.
- Samara Lino also has six goals and two assists for 14 points for UM on 34 shots, 18 of which were on goal.
- Medhali Hernandez is tops on the team in shots (43) and Espy Sanchez has two game-winning goals for the Falcons.
- Hannah Waki has played the most minutes (1,467) among the field players for the Falcons.
- Annie Mason and Judith Perez-Bayon have split time in goal, with Mason making 45 saves and allowing seven goals in 974:59 of work and Perez-Bayon making eight saves and yielding eight goals in 523:36 in net.
UNION
- Holly Trisdale leads Union with four goals and eight points on a team-high 20 shots, 12 of which have been on goal. She also has both of the Bulldogs' game-winning goals.
- Brooke Watson has a team-high four assists and has played the most minutes (1,367) of Union's field players.
- Anna Venckus and Rylee Iorio have seen almost the same amount of time in goal for the Bulldogs. Venckus has made 50 saves and given up 18 goals in 699:23 of work, while Iorio has allowed 12 goals and made 54 saves in 696:07.
