• Sophomore Micah Fuller banked in the game-winning 3-point basket from the top of the key at the buzzer to decide an evenly-contested game on the final night of action at Trustmark Arena.
• Neither team shot the ball particularly well, with the Falcons shooting 42.9 percent (21-of-49) from the floor and 36.8 percent (7-of-19) from beyond the arc and the Statesmen shooting 38.2 percent (21-of-55) from the field and 29.4 percent (5-of-17) from 3-point range.
• Montevallo and Delta State both finished with 33 rebounds, with the Falcons edging the Statesmen 12-9 in offensive boards.
