  • Lee shot 50 percent (9-of-18) from beyond the arc and 48 percent (25-of-52) from the floor, while the Falcons shot just 35 percent from both the floor and 3-point range in the contest as Montevallo finished 18-of-51 overall and 7-of-20 from beyond the arc.
  • The Flames outscored Montevallo 26-18 in the paint despite losing the rebounding battle 34-31, including 13-7 on the offensive boards, which helped the Falcons edge Lee 13-9 in second-chance points.

MONTEVALLO, Ala.  – The University of Montevallo men's basketball team fell to visiting Lee University 64-56 in a Gulf South Conference contest Feb. 7 at Trustmark Arena.
