HOW IT HAPPENED
 
12' | LA. Tech struck first when Amber Posthauer scored, giving the Lady Techsters a 1-0 lead.
28' | The Falcons had a chance to tie when junior Kira Bochard fired the fourth shot-on-goal of the day for Montevallo; LA Tech goalkeeper Tuva Sallvin recorded the save.
53' | Tylor Ring scored the first goal of the season for Montevallo, notching the game 1-1 with a long-distance boot.
54' | LA. Tech responded, re-taking the lead 2-1 following a goal from Autumn Woodward.
67' | Montevallo's Medhali Hernandez gave the Falcons a chance to tie with a beautiful shot but the chance was stuffed by LA. Tech's Katie Cook in goal.
