SERIES HISTORY
- The two teams met just seven days ago with West Alabama winning 84-55. In the game, Jonas Parker scored 26 points on 8-of-16 shooting, including two 3-pointers and eight free throws, lead pace the Falcons.
- West Alabama is currently riding a six-game winning streak in the series history with Montevallo's last win coming on Nov. 23, 2013 in Montevallo.

- Montevallo's 69.8 points per game rank ninth in the Gulf South Conference, while defensively, the Falcons allow an average of 70.3 points a contest, which ranks seventh in the conference.
- Montevallo is the only team in the conference to have multiple players rank in the top sixth in scoring in the GSC. Parker ranks fifth with a 16.6 scoring mark, while Wade Lowman is sixth with a 16.5 clip.
- Speaking of Lowman, the senior ranks first in the conference with a 59.6 field goal percentage.

- Darron Johnson ranks second in the GSC with a 42.9 percentage from behind the 3-point arc. Johnson has connected on 66 3-pointers on 154 attempts through 19 games.
- After knocking off Montevallo last Thursday, West Alabama traveled to Pensacola, Fla., to play West Florida with the Argos winning 61-49.
