Montevallo: The Falcons wrapped up the regular season with a 89-78 loss on the road at Delta State in their final Gulf South Conference contest Feb. 27.

Valdosta: The Blazers went on the road and defeated Auburn-Montgomery 98-86 in their final Gulf South Conference contest Feb. 27 to win their fourth straight GSC regular season title.

  • The Falcons are back in the conference postseason for the 16th time after earning the No. 8 seed in the Gulf South Conference Tournament.
  • UM had made 15 straight post-season tournaments until not making the tournament during the 2018-19 season.
