Asa Awbrey roped a triple down the right field line that sent
Riley Cain across home plate.
Ben Teel then knocked a double down the left field line that sent Awbrey home and put the Falcons up 2-0.
Brennan Ferguson stepped up next and hit a sacrifice fly to right field that enabled Teel to score and give Montevallo a 3-0 lead.
Union used a three-run fifth inning to tie the game, thanks in part to a two-run homer.
Neither team was able to find the scoreboard again until the bottom of the ninth.
Union won the game in walk-off fashion by way of a walk with the bases loaded and two outs.
