SERIES HISTORY
Union has won two of the three meetings between the two teams. The last time the Falcons and Bulldogs dueled was on Feb. 13, 2020 in a game that went into overtime. Union came out on top 80-72. It was the second straight win in the series for the Bulldogs after they won the second meeting 81-66. UM opened the series in Jan. 2018 with a 66-63 win at Trustmark Arena.

The Falcons have rolled up three straight wins since dropping a pair of games before Christmas. The streak has landed the Falcons in a three-way tie for second place in the GSC with West Florida and West Alabama.The Falcons currently has the longest winning streak in the conference. In their last outing, UM knocked off Christian Brothers 65-53 in Memphis.  Junior guard Braxton Bertolette led UM with 16 points and six rebounds. James McNeil added 14 points, while Aaris-Monte Bonds scored a double-double with 11 points and 14 rebounds.

The Bulldogs had a three game winning streak snapped by a 78-73 loss to Auburn-Montgomery on Saturday. It was also the first GSC setback of the season for Union. The Bulldogs opened the season winning their first nine games.
