SERIES HISTORY
This is the 71st meeting between Montevallo and Alabama-Huntsville. The Chargers hold a 38-32 advantage in the series which dates back to the late 1970s. The series has been as even split over the last 10 games, with both teams winning five games. In the last meeting, the Falcons came our flat and never pumped it up as UAH  to a 76-52 win at Trustmark Arena. Jordan Jones had 18 points to lead UM, while Shyan Flack added 14 and Kiya Sain 11. The Falcons were without guard Marissa Snodgrass, who missed the game with an injury.  Alexis Woods posted 21 points to top UAH. Miajah Bullock added 15 and Jirah Rogers tallied 13.

The Falcons have split their last for games, keeping their postseason hopes in sight. In their last game, UM rolled past West Alabama 78-61 to snapping a two game losing streak. Junior guard Marisa Snodgrass led the Montevallo women's basketball team to victory over West Alabama with a season-high 24 points, shooting 66.7% (6-9) from downtown. As a team, the Falcons had a near-flawless night at the free throw line, making 96% (24-25) to put the Tigers away.  Shyan Flack added 16 more points to the pile, and eight rebounds to the winning effort.

The Chargers lost to Christian Brothers 83-76 on Tuesday at Kelly Court at Spragins Hall. The ended a short two game winning streak, which included a victory against Montevallo. Three different Chargers scored in double figures against CBU, led by Selena Pruitt's 24 points, mostly on the strength of six 3-pointers. She also had five rebounds, three steals, and two assists. Alexis Woods added 18 points and 13 rebounds, while Holly Harris finished with 12 points.
