SERIES HISTORY
This series dates all the way back to 1973 when Montevallo defeated UAH 86-82. The Chargers lead the series 41-36 and have won seven of the last 10 games between the two teams, including the last six in a row. The longest winning streak in the series is 10 games for Montevallo between 2004 and 2008. In the last meeting, UAH ended the Falcons season with an 82-62 win.

The Falcons rebounded from a pair of pre-holiday road losses to roll past Shorter University 81-56.
Mason Shifflett led the scoring parade with 18 points. He was 6-for-13 from the field, with three 3-pointers. He was also 3-for-3 from the freethrow line.
Xavier Malcom and
Braxton Bertolette also got in on the assault from beyond the arc, burying four three pointers apiece. Malcom finished the game with 16 points, while Bertolette added 15. Travarus Carroll had a solid overall game in his first start of the season. He scored 12 points, dropped eight assists and grabbed five rebounds. The Falcons knocked down 15-of-35 shots from downtown.

The Chargers sunk West Florida on Tuesday afternoon, winning 95-74 at Spragins Hall. Luke Burnett led the way with another strong day from downtown as he connected eight 3-pointers en route to scoring a team-high 26 points.CJ Williamson was also terrific for the home team, going 8-for-13 from the floor on his way to scoring 17 while also grabbing six rebounds and handing out eight assists, and Dalton Dodd rounded out UAH's double-figure scoring contingent with 12 points.
