MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The University of Montevallo Student Athlete Advisory Council will host a Food Panty Drive at the women's and men's basketball games on Friday, Dec. 2.
 
The SAAC is encouraging donations in the form of canned goods or non-perishable food items to help UM's Counseling Services department rebuild their food pantry ahead of the Christmas break.
 
Fans who bring a canned food or non-perishable item to donate will receive free admission into the games.
 
Tip-off for the women's game is at 5:30 p.m. with the men starting at approximately 7:30 p.m.
