MEMPHIS, Tenn. --- The Montevallo men's tennis team edged Christian Brothers 4-3 in their Gulf South Conference opener on Saturday. The Falcons remained unbeaten at 3-0 overall.
The Falcons had to come from behind to get the win after CBU took doubles.
Dylan Valentine and
Philippe Zehender captured the lone win for UM defeating Jojo Sandoz and Alban Piranda 6-2. But in singles, Valentine won No. 1, while Zehender took No. 3 singles,
Gavin Salton won No. 4, and Jules Duque took No. 6.
